Crossover card with Moon Doggie & Go Green

I made this simple crossover card for a 60th birthday. The sentiment reads, "Congratulations on 60 trips around the sun." The papers are from the Moon Doggie B&T set, and the earth and sun are from the "Go Green" stamp set, which is available May 1. "Congratulations" is from the "Class of" stamp set.  When the tag is completely inserted, only the sun image shows above the criss-crossed papers. A fun card pattern to make...

Back Country Layout with Flip Flap Page

I used CTMH's Back Country B&T papers on Terra Cotta CS for this layout from Lambert's Cafe in Alabama.  This pic is without page protectors.  Everything is CTMH except for the two SU mini clips.  For the title, I used CTMH's Rustic Alphabet stamp set.
Here's a close-up of the left page.  This is the place where they throw huge rolls at you from across the room and staff walks around offering hot butter, molasses and side dishes of fried okra, macaroni, cabbage, and fried potatoes, which you get in addition to your meal--waaaay too much food, but it's very good.
And here's the right side.  This pic is with the page protector, so it shows the first picture in the flip flap.
This last shot shows the flip flap page open.  These are great when you have more photos than you have room on the layout.  This time, I only had two extra, so I only needed one flip flap page, but you can layer them as deep as necessary.  They stick on to the outside of your page protector, so you can flip through them without removing your page.
