Swimming in a Rum Runner
This started as a birthday card, but I think it could be sent for a thank you, retirement, or just for fun. I used Moon Doggie paper, and three stamp sets: Surf's Up, Makin' Waves, and Hook Line & Sinker.
Oh my gosh. Love this card. Soooo cute.
