Fancy Skirt Card
I've been making a lot of Christmas projects lately, so this was a fun deviation. All the products are CTMH. The skirt is made from the cut-up petals of Just Blooms flowers.
Ooh, this is cool! I LOVE the way you've done the skirt. I woudln't have thought of that!@
