Sparkling Margarita Card

This card is FULL of sparkle.  The large circular image is from Impression Obsession.  The sentiment is from Unity Stamp Co, and the little lime slice is from CTMH.  The lime is glittered with Stickles, as are the moon and stars, palm leaves and lights, the waves, and the margarita and its glass, lime, and umbrella.  The margarita didn't photograph well.  It's actually sparkly green with clear sparkly salt around the rim.  The background paper, from The Paper Studio, even has glitter in the swirls.  I colored all the images with copics before glitzing them up with Stickles.

Fancy Fold Birthday Card

The first picture is the card unfolded. I used Emporium papers, Butterfly Kisses stamps, and rubons, liquid glass, and stickles. The folding looks more difficult than it is, and it stands up nicely to display. I'm thinking about doing another version for a workshop.
This is the front of the card folded up. It fits into a normal envelope when folded.
I got this idea from the CTMH message boards (sorry I can't remember from who) and I believe they got the idea from Split Coast Stampers.

Makin' Waves

This duck, along with the waves and bubbles, is from the new stamp set, "Makin' Waves." I used Liquid Glass on the duck and Stickles on the life preserver. The Stickles made the ink bleed a little, and Jen (Obi Wan of stamping) suggested using Staz-On ink to prevent this.

Popcorn Card

I was away from work for two weeks, so I brought a huge bag of movie theater popcorn in to the office as a thank you to my coworkers for keeping my work done during my absence. I made this card to go with it. I used markers to color the popcorn stamp (different shades of yellow for the popcorn), and a little glitter on the popcorn to make it look oily and salty. I used a little liquid glass in the circle portion of the popcorn box.

Snow Day.....

No school for Nick today due to bad roads, so I'm home too. I used the day off to make some little gifts, including these decorated Tic Tac containers. You can't tell from the pic, but they are tied on with a ribbon along the right side. I don't know if she's the original artist or not, but I lifted the idea from a fellow CTMH consultant, Jennifer Woodbury. Note to all Iowa taxpayers: Because I am an honest state employee, I am using vacation time for today. :)
