Two of the most popular paper techniques right now are ruffles and banners, so I included both on this children's birthday card. The elephant is from the CTMH stamp set "Life's a Jungle." The sentiment is from the CTMH stamp set "A Little Everything." The CS is Citrus Leaf (retired) from CTMH, and all the black & white paper is from CM.

Cards with Ruffles
This card was inspired by Tresa Black's blog, Fabulously Artsy, where I also learned to do the paper ruffles at the top and bottom of the card. Check out her blog--it's awesome! The CTMH stamp sets used are "Legendary Moments" and "Live Inspired."
I used the ruffle in a different look for this card made with CTMH's "Sweet Home" B&T papers. The stampset is from SU.
