Finn's Favorite!
Finn loved Test Track. I found the paper at my local scrapbook store, Memory Bound, in Ankeny, Iowa. I bought it off the transportation/racing rack, and I'm not sure of the brand, but anything similar would work. I cut out the banners with colored cardstock and threaded them with a ribbon I had on hand.
All the journaling was done in Word and printed on cardstock.
